General Promotion Terms

• We will always make every effort to honour all promotions for the period in which they are advertised. However, we reserve the right to withdraw any promotion earlier than advertised, and without notice in the event that a product or service featured in the promotion is subject to unprecedented demand and becomes sold out.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders where promotions or discounts have been applied due to a glitch or error.
• All promotional offers are one per customer and available to online customers only.
• All online promotional offers exclude delivery charges unless explicitly stated.
• Free delivery promotions apply only to orders shipped using our standard delivery service unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other online special offers.
• All orders online must meet the minimum spend of £15 after any promotions or discounts have been applied.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

• Promotional codes (also referred to as discount codes, offer codes, or voucher codes) are redeemable once per customer on Thorntons.com.
• Minimum spend requirements may apply to certain promotional codes. These requirements will be clearly stated on third-party websites or where the code is issued.
• Discount codes apply only to full-price, non-discounted items and cannot be used on products already subject to website special offers.

Corporate Order Promotions

• Corporate order promotions are only valid for corporate account customers with a minimum spend of £250 per order.
• Unique corporate promo codes are exclusive to the email registered on the corporate account and cannot be shared.
• Online promotions and special offers cannot be applied to corporate customers unless explicitly stated.

"Free When You Spend" Offers

• Subject to stock availability. If the advertised item is unavailable, Thorntons reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time or to offer an alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
• Free items do not include personalisation (e.g., icing messages or customisation as part of hampers).
• Only items explicitly mentioned in the offer qualify for this promotion.

Percentage Off Discounts & Multi-Buy Offers on the Thorntons Website

• Percentage discounts apply only to selected, clearly marked items. The discount is applied automatically when added to the basket.
• Multi-buy offers are available only on specific, clearly marked products within each range. Mix-and-match products are allowed where specified. Discounts apply automatically at checkout.

How our 3 for 2 offer works

• To calculate our 3 for 2 offer, we take every eligible 3 for 2 items and the lowest price option would be free. We then select every third item from this list and discount that chocolate gift to £0.
