We’ve been making our traditional vanilla fudge since the 1950s, when we set out to create a unique recipe with a delicate balance of flavours and not forgetting that irresistible smooth-yet-crumbly texture. Over 60 years later we still make it with real clotted cream and carefully pour, level and then turn it by hand.

A box of our deliciously irresistible fudge is an ideal treat to share around on a cosy evening in, as well as making an excellent gift for someone who appreciates fine confectionery.
